Service Description
The Website provides beach condition forecasts, rankings, and scores for Australian beaches. Scores are generated using publicly available weather, tide, and ocean data processed through our proprietary scoring algorithm. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for informational and recreational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the Website.
Accounts and Payments
You may create a free account on the Website using your email address. Premium (“Pro”) features are available via a monthly subscription. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We never see or store your payment card details.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page on the Website
- Upon cancellation, access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have concerns
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers
Data Accuracy
Weather forecasts, tide estimates, and sea conditions displayed on the Website are derived from third-party data sources and mathematical models. Tide times are approximate and should not be relied upon for navigation or safety decisions. Actual conditions at the beach may differ from the data presented on the Website.
Beach information, local tips, event listings, and other content on the Website are provided for general guidance only. While we try to keep this information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that all details are correct at all times. Events may be cancelled, rescheduled, or changed without notice. We recommend confirming event details with the organiser before attending.

Beach Safety
Beach condition scores and rankings provided on the Website are general guidance to help plan your beach day. They are not safety assessments. Always:
